The configuration, of the module in the 'Content Pane', demonstrates using the module for Announcements.  You have the option of using an image with or without the announcement text.  The 'more...' links you to the detail page.  In this particular situation, you do not want to use the 'Image as More', since some of the announcements may not have an image.

The break bar/horizontal line is above the 'Title' text, you have the option of placing it above, below (default) or both above and below.
