Just bought wildporfolio today in which I believe that it will do what I need it to if I can get around this issue. The issue that I am having is that when I click the MORE link to go to the detail page of my portfolio the URL is not correct.
My site is setup as following:
One Main site = MosesLudel.com/dnn/default.aspx
Two child portals = MosesLudel.com/dnn/classicmuscle/default.aspx and MosesLudel.com/dnn/jeep/default.aspx
Each child portal will have a portfolio
This issue I see is that when you browse to the main portfolio in either portal page you get a URL like this: http://mosesludel.com/dnn/Default.aspx?tabid=330
When you click the MORE link it is looking for an alias of this:
http://mosesludel.com/Default.aspx?tabid=330&isMe=693&ProjectId=1&wildRC=1
Because the DNN is missing in the alias it can't find the page and errors out.
Does anyone know how to rectify this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

Can you give the latest release of wildPortfolio a try. You can get it on the Download page under Modules. The new version is going through the process of being released on DNN's Marketplace.
Another point that you may want to check is to make sure that your Aliases contain both the www.mydomain.com and mydomain.com, even for the child portals.
Please let me know if this resolves the issue. |

When you say the most recent version, what might that be. When I purchased the module from DNN marketplace I was able to download the 1.3.5 version. Is there a more recent version than that? Will I have to re-purchase that version if it solves the issue?
Also I have checked my alias' on each of the portal sites and they seem to be set up correctly.
Main Portal -
mosesludel.com/dnn
www.mosesludel.com/dnn
Child Portal 1 -
mosesludel.com/dnn/classicmuscle
www.mosesludel.com/dnn/classicmuscle
Child Portal 2 -
www.mosesludel.com/dnn/jeep
mosesludel.com/dnn/jeep
I will give the suggested piece a try and get back with an update. Thx for he assistance so far. I like the product and hope that this can be rectified.

The most recent version of wildPortfolio is 1.4.0, which was just released in December 2007.
At this time, I'm unable to change the version on Marketplace, but that appears to be changing. The latest version has been added to Marketplace but no made available publicly. I've given you access to get version 1.4.0 through this site.

| I really appreciate the help. I went to Modules/Downloads wildPortfolio tab but the area that seems to be where I click to download is grayed out. Do I have the correct permissions? Looks like this version may fix my issue. Thanks. |
