Subject: Error - permissions..??

A website which had a WildPortfolio module installed was moved to a new server. This all worked fine, except I am not sure why attempts on editing of portfolio now come with this error:
A critical error has occurred.
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Is this a permission problem? I checked the DNN folder permissions and rthey are same as before!

Take a look at the trust level in web.config or machine.config. If it is not high enough then GDI+ doesn't function properly. This is a Microsoft issue. :(

I did that, and was told by the host support that the trust is already set to medium, in which case the thumbnail.ascx should work. Any idea how I can get around it - does the trust have to be set to high? I was told they do not allow that on shared hosting, so too bad for me... :(
